Your home insurance covers wind damage, but you may want to check your policy to ensure it provides enough coverage. Your policy protects your financial investment in your home by insuring it against damage from named perils, such as hail, fire, etc. This differs by state, so if you recently moved to South Carolina from a state that required a separate hurricane insurance policy, you only need your home policy in SC.<\/span><\/p>\n
